ConservedPrimers is a program that automatically designs primers in nucleotide sequences for sequencing and identifying sequence variants. The primers will be chosen in conserved regions between the user sequence and a model species in order to amplify intron, which is more prone to containing polymorphisms. This tool can be used after crop and model sequences have been identified using DNA Subway.
